The average electricity savings rate exceeds 40%. This technology is mainly used for the transformation of large petrochemical, coal chemical enterprises, and high-energy-consuming industries such as steel manufacturing. By diagnosing the entire circulating water system's pipeline network, we identify original design flaws and the reasons for high energy consumption at various points in the network. This allows us to optimize pipeline resistance, ensuring that the flow rates at each node achieve the optimal circulation state and cooling effect, thereby significantly reducing hourly electricity consumption.
